containerCRIS is an order processing system that is tailored to the needs of a container repair facility. The integrated functions are stock control, client contact management, repair cost estimate, disposition, and preparation of invoicing data. They also include interfacing to various systems and standards such as CEDEX and shipping lines such as Hapag Lloyd, P&O, Maersk, DSR Senator and Evergreen.

CRIS consists of several functions that can be combined depending on their role:

Basic Data
The basic data module is available from every other module of CRIS. Basic data stored within CRIS are customer data, services/classifications, resources, and CEDEX codes.

Sales
The sales module provides all functions necessary to work on client data, pricing information, estimates and orders. Various lists provide in-depth information. Estimates can be sent automatically to the client by e-mail or fax.

Depot
The depot module provides all functions needed to run a container depot: Gate in/out, disposition, stock, invoicing, and reporting.

Disposition
The disposition module provides all functions needed to cover a container repair facility: Gate in/out, disposition and reports. Work orders can be set up and processed after completion.

Invoicing
This module compiles operational data to invoicing information, which are to be used in CUBIS, an invoicing system. CRIS can process any fees for services provided including demurrage.

Automatic Functions
Messages to clients: CRIS generates status messages automatically and sends them to the customers: gate in/out, estimates in CEDEX format or in other specified formats.
